The American Construction Inspectors Association (ACIA) is excited to announce the appointment of Heidi Holste as our Executive Director. Heidi has been working with ACIA since January 2025.

Heidi brings more than 20 years of experience leading membership associations and professional organizations. She has a strong background in strategic planning, member engagement, and organizational growth. As Executive Director, Heidi will work closely with the ACIA Board of Directors and members to further our mission of advancing excellence in construction inspection, supporting professional development, and strengthening our community of inspectors nationwide.
